On July 2009, the HR of Jereh Group organized the second batch employee to take part in outdoor team-building training of 2009. From July 4th to 18th, 151 employees coming from Jereh Petroleum, Oilfield Services, R&D center, etc., periodically took part in the training at Yang Ma Dao Base, Yantai Branch of Beijing Xian Dai Ren Training School.
The theme of the training is “Challenge Oneself, Smelt the Team”. The outside team building activities include " Aerial Ladder", "Self Back Fall", "Tangram", "Electrical Web", "Blind Man Phalanx " and "Graduate Wall" were intend to guide the staff to challenge themselves to achieve success, to deepen the understanding of Jereh’s culture, to strengthen the mutual cooperation and trust among the team members.
